The husband-and-wife team of Chef Philippe Gardelle and Ellen Gardelle, with sous Chef and son Andrew Gardelle, runs the restaurant. Reservations are recommended, with dinner seating between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Wednesday–Sunday.
