Le Macaron French Pastries® is a French macaron–focused bakery brand founded by Rosalie Guillem and her daughter Audrey Guillem-Saba, with roots in bringing authentic French macarons to the U.S. The company began in 2009 after noticing American “macaron” products were often misrepresented, and began franchising in 2012. The menu centers on French macarons, and also includes French pastries, gourmet chocolates, and French gelato, with limited locations that may serve wine.
