Gainsbourg is a European-inspired bistro and cocktail lounge in Seattle’s Greenwood neighborhood, located at 8550 Greenwood Avenue North. The founders JJ Wandler and Stephen Drzewicki opened the venue in fall 2008, with the concept inspired by Serge Gainsbourg. The site emphasizes French-influenced cuisine alongside hand-crafted cocktails and a patio, serving guests from 4:00 pm daily (with later hours on Fridays and Saturdays).
