Bardot Brasserie brings a French brasserie approach to ARIA, pairing classic comfort dishes with a wine program that spans Old World and New World bottles. The restaurant highlights beef Wellington and French toast among its featured plates, with brunch and dinner service offered on selected days. Chef Michael Mina’s concept draws on the atmosphere of a Paris café, while the menu gives familiar French preparations a contemporary Las Vegas setting. Private dining is also available for larger groups.
