Rêve is a fine-dining tasting-menu restaurant by Chef Jacob M. Stull, rooted in French technique and the American South. The dining format is an immersive, narrative “dinner told as a story,” offered as six- and ten-course experiences, with guests able to personalize via curated supplemental courses (and Atelier allowing course selections). The beverage program includes wine/cocktail pairings built alongside the tasting menu.
