Bandit Bakery

Bandit Bakery is a downtown Birmingham shop specializing in small-batch, seasonally driven pastries. Founded in 2013 by Kristen Hall and later guided by owner Lacy Triplett, the bakery emphasizes local ingredients, Southern influence, and “classic French technique.” At 2323 1st Avenue North, it serves items such as croissants, choux buns, macarons, tarts, cookies, and pop tarts, plus breads like sourdough. Hours run daily from 7:30–2:00 (weekends 8:00–2:00).
