Marcel St. Pete

Marcel Modern Bistro serves seasonal European-inspired cooking built around fresh ingredients, classic technique and shareable plates. The menu combines broad bistro fare with French-associated dishes such as escargot and foie gras torchon, alongside seafood, pasta and contemporary preparations. Its relaxed neighborhood-bistro approach draws on European traditions without limiting the kitchen to French cuisine. The St. Petersburg restaurant opened in 2026 in the former Left Bank Bistro space and is part of a small Florida restaurant group.
