French Custard

Its signature Fruit Spun dessert blends frozen real fruit with the shop’s custard to order, and the company says its custard is made with egg yolks, cream, milk and sugar. A dairy-free base is also available. Because French custard is one component of a broader ice-cream concept rather than a French-food menu, its French relevance is partial.
