Fire Island Rustic Bakeshop is a small artisan bakery in Anchorage, Alaska, baking small batches early each day and handmaking items with organic flour. At 718 K St (K Street Market) it operates Wed–Sun, 7am–4pm. The bakery’s line includes croissants along with sourdough, breads, muffins, scones, cookies, frosted cakes, tarts, granola, and daily sandwiches, plus organic fairly traded coffee and tea. Founded in 2009 by Janis Fleischman and Jerry Lewanski.
