Sweet Caribou

Sweet Caribou is an Anchorage, Alaska patisserie making artisan Parisian macarons with “Alaska-sized flavor,” described as gluten-free and made with almond flour. The shop also offers additional handcrafted desserts such as cupcakes, cookies/brownies/blondies, and holiday gift boxes. Beyond sweets, it serves locavore lunch bowls and sandwiches for delivery to offices or homes, with catering options including macaron towers. The team includes owner James Strong and executive pastry chef Samantha Wagner.
