The Nest

NEST is a hidden dining room and speakeasy in downtown Baltimore, presenting French-American cooking with Cameroonian and Caribbean influences. Chef Loic Sany's menu has paired French techniques and sauces with ingredients and flavors from across his culinary background. Current offerings include escargot in garlic butter, a Cameroon-inspired charcuterie board, lobster croquettes and plantain-wrapped oxtail, with wines such as Crémant de Loire and Beaujolais. The concept combines a chef-driven menu, cocktails and live entertainment in an intimate setting.
