Crêperie

The French Cow Crêpes Shop is an authentic French crêpes business made in the Brittany tradition. Established in 2015 by French Detroiter Marie Wallace, who moved from France to Detroit in 2004, the shop began as a pop-up at Eastern Market and later expanded to catering events across the region. It serves both savory and sweet crêpes and notes customization for events and consideration of allergies and dietary challenges.
