Marie Blachère is a traditional French bakery and café brand founded in 2004 in Provence by Bernard Blachère. Named for his daughter Marie, the bakery emphasizes French bread making and uses 100% French flour and French butter from Normandy. It bakes tarts, pastries, and artisanal breads on-site daily and offers counter service with sandwiches, salads, quiches, and beverages like coffee, tea, matcha, and lemonades. The US debuted in 2019, with planned expansion to Miami.
