Margaux's Restaurant

Margaux’s Restaurant is a Raleigh, North Carolina fine-dining destination opened in 1992 by Steve Horowitz and Richard Hege. The restaurant offers an ever-changing menu with a “Perfect Fusion” approach that includes French cuisine alongside Southern and Asian influences. Chef Andrew Pettifer (chef de cuisine) joined the team in 1996 and helped shape the current fusion concept. The site welcomes indoor and outdoor dining, and provides evening hours (closed Sundays) plus to-go options.
