Maison Pucha Bistro

Maison Pucha Bistro brings together three brothers whose culinary journey began in Ecuador and continued through New York and Houston. Chef Manuel Pucha leads the kitchen, Victor Hugo Pucha oversees pastry, and Cristian Pucha directs beverages and hospitality. Their background combines experience in French restaurants with Ecuadorian heritage. The bistro offers dine-in and takeout, with separate lunch, dinner, brunch and dessert menus.
