Augie’s French

Augie’s French is a French bistro in downtown Santa Rosa, located in the 1904 historic Maugg Building (entrances at 4th & 5th). The restaurant opened in early October 2023 and is part of Stark Reality Restaurants, aiming to revive a French kitchen spirit. The menu features French bistro classics such as Onion Soup Gratinée, pâté, escargot with flavored butters, and Beef Bourguignon. They offer a French-varietal wine list, classic French aperitif cocktails, happy hour, and takeout.
