Un je ne sais Quoi is a French patisserie and boulangerie in downtown Waco, founded by Aude and François Buisin, who grew up in northern France. The owners bake from scratch using traditional recipes, including pastry dough, pastry cream and meringue, and describe the shop as a way to share French baking with the local community. Its case features classic French pastries, breads and elegant desserts, with espresso and cafe-style dishes rounding out the visit.
