Russell's Restaurant

Russell’s Restaurant at College of Southern Nevada’s North Las Vegas Campus serves as a training and development site for CSN’s Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts students. The program offers a rotating set of meal-period offerings, including a “French Cuisine” lunch service. Reservations are required, with stated access for lunch (noon) and dinner (5:45 p.m.). The restaurant is located inside Building C on the North Las Vegas Campus.
