Rise Up Bakery

Rise Up Bakery is a locally owned Gilbert bakery offering breads, cookies, cakes, pies and fresh pastries. Its croissant selection includes butter, almond, raspberry, ham-and-cheese and pain au chocolat, alongside kouign-amann and newer croissant-based creations. The bakery also makes cinnamon rolls, cookies, bars and breads, so its overall range is broader than a French patisserie. French viennoiseries are nevertheless a substantial part of the pastry case, giving the bakery a clear but partial French-food connection.
