MOULIN

MOULIN is a French-inspired café and boulangerie/pâtisserie brand in Orange County, positioning itself as “a piece of old Paris.” The founder, Laurent Vrignaud, describes growing up with café culture in Montmartre and opening the first MOULIN in Newport Beach in 2014. Over time, MOULIN expanded into multiple cafés, a boulangerie and patisserie, added a Parisian-style bouillon/brasserie for lunch and dinner, and also operates a Maison concept featuring curated French home furnishings and antiques.
