Au Bon Coin

Au Bon Coin is a Knoxville neighborhood bistro from chef Laurence Faber and host Emily Williams. Its changing prix fixe menu combines French techniques and ingredients with Ashkenazic Jewish influences. A sample menu pairs dishes such as leeks mimosa, steak béarnaise and summer cassoulet with desserts including crème caramel and chocolate mousse. French wines accompany the meal, with selections from regions including the Loire, Burgundy, Bordeaux and Alsace.
